What Can I Expect

Course Structure: The Heart Cards Global Facilitation Certification workbook is a structured three-day program.

Day 1 introduces participants to a Heart Card session and covers components like the deck, outcome statements, and facilitation best practices. Participants reflect on their learning, and homework includes venue setup and preparation for future sessions.

Day 2 focuses on hands-on practice in leading sessions, feedback, and reviewing facilitation best practices.

Day 3 encourages participants to create a Heart Card activity tailored to their professional path, write introductions, and complete assessments for certification. Key learning objectives include enhancing relationships and using Heart Cards effectively.
 
All 3 sessions will be held Zoom unless in-person facilitation is requested.  Sessions will begin and end on time. 
 
Requirements: There are no prerequisites for joining the training, such as educational background, experience, or skills. 
Support and Resources: The Heart Cards Global certified facilitator training provides ongoing resources and support, such as mentoring, access to updated materials, and a FB community network, during and after the course to ensure continued development.
Certification Process: After completing the 12 hours, a simple test is given requesting 80% pass. 
Registration Process: Register and pay by using the purchase link. All sessions close for registration 10 days before class begins and will be paid in full. No refunds however transfers of date or by gift are accepted only once and must be scheduled within the 6th month of original class date.

You get to invite people into a heart led experience where they can ask themselves questions and discover their own answers. You are a witness to the participant’s light being turned on by asking the right questions and seeing them express themselves in such a way that a mindfulness that is alive with joy is expressed.

What makes Heart Cards different from other decks?

There are no directions. You don’t have to look in a booklet to find out what a card means. The answer is directly within you. Your heart knows. Sometimes it may take some time to reveal itself, but you already know.

How will the training be offered?

Training is live on Zoom with Heart Cards Global founder and manager, June Dillinger. It is 12 hours over the course of 3 consecutive days in a row

What materials will I receive as a part of this training?

10 decks of Heart Cards, 10 workbooks, a Facilitator workbook, and a participant guidebook.

How do I get started?

1. Pick a date from the "Certified Facilitators" link on the HCG website. Choose a session where you know that you will be able to attend ALL 3 days, no exceptions unless it’s a emergency. Connectivity and continuity are vital for your complete understanding and translation of the experience. 2. Pay the enrollment fee, sign a facilitator agreement

How do I update my Certified Facilitator certificate?

You will have a choice of a monthly or annual renewal to remain active with Heart Cards Global receiving the benefits of a facilitator. $199/$16.50.

What are the learning objectives will I have accomplished by the end of this certification program?

• Experience one Heart Card session for yourself, including Acts 4, 6, and 3 • List 3 facilitation points of a Heart Card Session • Share one outcome statement • Practice leading an HC session with other participants • ·Determine one thing you hope to enact when you lead an HC session • Share a “So What” takeaway • Create and practice an HC activity related to your personal or professional pathway • Write an introduction to HCs that you may use with people • Complete a Heart, Square, Circle activity • Complete the assessment with 80% mastery or more to become officially certified You will learn about the benefits of Heart Cards, experience a full heart card session yourself, list components of a Heart Card session, Heart Card history and why it’s important, discus your relationship to Heart Cards, anatomy of an Act, aspects of the Heart Card session, you will practice leading a Heart Card session with other participants, you will practice moderating a space, discuss materials and what’s needed for different reasons, learn how to make purchases, participate in small group feedback on multiple topics through out the session, write your own introduction, ways to use Heart Cards to enhance relationships, learn about research and how Heart Cards can build positive experience, create connections to your core values.

There is an assessment required at the end to be sure content and context are understood. How do I know I passed?

A certification assessment link will be shared for 80% correct to pass. Redos are welcome. This is to confirm that you learned the material.

How long does the training take to complete?

Are the sessions online or in person?

All the sessions are offered on Zoom. In person training can be scheduled upon request.

Is there ongoing support after I complete my training?

Yes, all communication will be replied to with in a 72 hour period as best as possible.
