Shuffle your deck and draw a card daily, as your affirmation and reminder of what’s possible in life with love.
1. Let your heart lead this experience!
2. Set aside some time.
3. Read the Welcome and Congratulations Heart Cards.
4. Separate the Acts from the 51 Heart Cards.
5. Now choose an Act.
6. Next shuffle the remaining 51 Heart Cards.
7. Draw a card for each position of your selected Act and place face down following the diagram.
8. Answer the questions that correspond with the numbers on the Act diagram. Continue till the Act is completed.
9. Create a memory. Take a photo to record your experience of the Act and the cards laid out. You may want to share with someone else and/or note where you are today.
10. Take a moment as you move through each step of the Act to truly experience what your heart is sharing about the cards.

You need a boost for the day, draw a Heart Card. Unassigned moments in question may pop up for you.
Always Ready
Keep a deck of Heart Cards in your car and when you feel like you are having a not-so-good day draw a Heart Card.
Inspire Friends
Your Heart Card deck is sitting on the coffee table. A friend comes over and says, “What are those?” You share what they are and how they support you in loving yourself more and the world around you.
Get to Know Each Other
You are having a cocktail party or a mixer with people who don’t know each other. You have each guest draw a Heart Card as they walk in and then invite them to share with a stranger.
Approaching Stranger
While dining out, you have just used the Heart Card deck with your friend and decided to ask the food server if they’d like to draw a card.
Getting out of the Ticket
A policeman pulls you over and guess what? You ask him if he’d like to draw a Heart Card!
Open up a Conversation
Invite everyone to take a card on their way in and then share with someone else in the room.
